I would like to welcome you to the South Western Pennsylvanian Artist society. Please feel free to join in anywhere you please. Even though our numbers are small we are a group of dedicated people in pursuit of our dreams.

In this group many will find culture, friendship, admiration, education, harmony, validation and criticism. We put this site together to support the artist growing in their work. We are here to promote those that need a place to be heard or seen. We are here to help connect the artist with the fan and all the steps in between.

Here you will find in our membership Visual Artists, Musical Artists and literary Artists. We have Critics, Promoters and Teachers. Schools, Studios, Clubs and Galleries. Fans, Family and Friends; the possibilities are endless .What can you do with all of these talented people under one roof.

If you’re a Fan get to know the artist and, support the Culture.
If you’re a Gallery or Club owner meet the artists and sample their work for consideration in future events .Many are incredibly seasoned professional artists with years of training and education.
If you are a Promoter join in to help connect artists with venues, find those diamonds in the rough, and help resurrect a dieing Culture.

If you are an artist no matter your passion(s) connect with the other members, show us your talent, no censorship here. We, together, can bring back Culture .The Arts takes passion, work, and connection.

This Site is for the member by the member, you are in control of most of the content. Please feel free to post your work, meet other members, make suggestions and post discussions, Add your Music your written word, you Video art; its all under your control. Even thought this site is dedicated to South Western Pa, our memberships covers the world.

Thank you for visiting S.W. Pa.-Arts Society. We have an incredible group of artists from all sorts of back grounds and all walks of life. Masters of their field, Sincere, intelligent man and woman from the South Western area of the Great state of Pennsylvania(featured members only.) Please enjoy your stay.

Here are a few helpful tips needed to traverse these pages.

(a) To view a larger slide show of our featured images(s) , open the new page tab “Art.” (Above) This will open a page with all of the images loaded to this society. Open “featured” images to a full screen slide show with more detail then the small slide show on Cover page.

(b) To view a select image or more from that artist ,you click on the image that has your interest, this will take you to that exact artist.

(c) To view written creations, like poetry , songs , thoughts from the artist , you open “blogs” (a regular posting area.) This area is filled with so many things its hard to mention them all.
